New MW3 Map: Liberation - Looks a Lot Like Battlefield 3?

WHAT IS THIS..?

So you're playing the new modern warfare three map liberation and you're thinking,"Hey, haven't I seen this map before?"

"This map feels familiar."

As you run through the ravines, under the bridges, and around the gazebos - lining up your next shot, you may have feel like you've been here before - have you?

"Oh, I know - I played this map before in Battlefield 3".

Well, at least one a lot like it.

So that's what people are wondering, has Call of Duty copied the Battlefield franchise and made a map very similar?

Or is it simply a choice of location?

And yes although the new map on in MW3 feels a lot like the Battlefield map, I don't think that was meant to be a copy. It's a simple fact of location, location, location.

How many central city parks can you make look different..? That, and it takes, like, a couple years to develop...

So maybe it was just a bad choice.

It wasn't a copy, because you can't really copy a location, but especially when Battlefield 3 released the 'Operation Metro' map as a beta so everyone could see it, by the millions...

...and although many players feel that the new Modern Warfare 3 map 'Liberation' is all a little too familiar right away, hoping for something uniquely individual from the MW3 developers and get more for their money from Call of Duty Elite: Season One, it still turned out to be a pretty impressive addition to the MW3 DLC pack.

In fact, it is possibly the best Modern Warfare 3 map released yet, and while both games still play different, Battlefield 3 is a unique game in itself, as are some of the features of Modern Warfare 3.

But maybe that's why it was released with the First Call of Duty Elite DLC.

Y'know... To get it out of the way, and get ready for the all the new maps and content, the ones that are supposed to be seriously "Badass".

Remember, for all the Call of Duty Elite Premier Members, you get the MW3 DLC first.

There's been some people online wondering why they can't download the new content, it's as simple as they are not Call of Duty Elite Premier Members.

So you're either going to have to wait a week or two before the new content comes to your Xbox or PS3 or you can step it up, and save a lot of money at the same time, and become a Call of Duty Elite Premier member.

So download your new MW3 contents, choose from the two new maps 'Piazza' and 'Liberation', hop on the battlefield, and start taxing you opponents!
